Founded in 1989, we have accumulated years of extensive experience in every aspect of interior design and project management, particularly in turnkey projects. PRE-LEASE STAGE
We provide professional ideas to clients as early as they have no concrete needs of office fitting-out. We offer an all-round interior study and allow our clients to make a correct decision on future office planning in a most informative way, including:

* Survey and comparison on various premises
* Study and advice on landlord's provisions
* Layout trial fits
* Budget estimation
* Overall program planning
* Feasibility studies
PROPOSAL STAGE
Should there is a real need of planning an office fit-out project; we shall spend great efforts to understand the requirements of client. After that, a customized and comprehensive design proposal will be submitted to client for further understanding on the new office design and selection of the most reliable design and fit-out partner. We offer:
* Detailed study of clients' new design criteria
* In-depth measurement and survey for new premises
* Layout plan and design concept options
* Design proposal with powerpoint presentation
*Quotation with detailed breakdown
FITTING OUT STAGE
To offer a true "concept to completion" service. MAS will take up the role of project manager as well as main contractor in the fitting-out stage. This will allow a single point of responsibility and accountability during the whole process, such as:
* Drawing submission to building management or government authorities
* Detailed design development and obtain approval from client
* Representing client in liaison with all involved parties in the design and fit-out aspect
COMPLETION STAGE
Our services are still on-going subsequent to the project completion after clients move-in. We shall continue to take care of our clients in certain ways, such as:
* Defect checking and reparation
* A six-month guarantee and maintenance period
* As-built drawings and operation manuals
* Final account
* Other aftercare and technical support
CONTENT OF DESIGN PROPOSAL
A successful design proposal shall be able to provide a full range of design concept to clients and to give as much as possible information to clients for selecting the appropriate design partner. MAS design proposal includes the followings:
* Design criteria of client: headcount, facilities
* Existing office studies: department adjacencies, operation flow, furniture, filing
* Survey report on new site: site report, site photos
* New office plans: layout, zoning, floor finishes, furniture
