German Course德語課程


Instant German A1

We are offering a series of German courses through which you can attain the level of A1 defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). While conventional courses allow you to reach this level in around 100 teaching hours, our targeted learning approach brings you to the same level in 37.5 contact hours (45 teaching sessions; 50 minutes each). These courses are for motivated learners only. Don’t join these courses unless you want to

Aims:

According to the CEFR, learners
can understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of needs of a concrete type.
can introduce him-/herself and others and can ask and answer questions about personal details such as where he/she lives, people he/she knows and things he/she has.
can interact in a simple way, provided the other person talks slowly and clearly and is prepared to help.
know main features of German habits and traditions.

0 Ice-breaking - Pronounce German vowels and consonants
1 Self-introduction - Greet and introduce oneself
- Pronounce new words with reference to the spelling
- Count numbers, tell one’s age and telephone number
2 Relationships - Introduce one’s family or friends
3 Living - Describe things at home
- Describe the location of things
4 Food and drinks - Describe eating habits
- Order food and pay the bill
- Make appointment with family/friends
5 Shopping for gifts - Describe and compare people/things (character, appearance, price, etc.)
6 Healthiness - Describe sickness and seeking corresponding advice
7 My story - Narrate past experience concerning the previous topics
8 Travelling - Tell one’s orientation in a town
9 Nature and Environment - Define something in the environmental aspect

Compact German A2

We are offering a series of German courses through which you can attain the level of A2 defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) with a SOLID foundation and in 4 months only.

The courses are solidly organized so that students build fluency through practices and performances. Students are provided with access to online resources to consolidate their learning at home.

Aims

According to the CEFR learners can:

  • understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of most immediate relevance (e.g. very basic personal and family information, shopping, local geography, employment).
  • communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and routine matters.
  • describe in simple terms aspects of his/her background, immediate environment and matters in areas of immediate need.
