英國倫敦商會-LCCI syllabus(1st level, 2nd level & 3rd level)

LCC中級（Book-keeping and Accounts level 2）

新考試大綱的考試範圍包括：

1. Advanced aspects of the syllabus for Level 1 Book-keeping
2. Partnerships
3. Limited liability companies
4. Incomplete records
5. Manufacturing accounts
6. Stock valuation
7. Non-trading organisations
8. Control accounts
9. Suspense accounts
10. Calculation and interpretation of ratios
11. Preparation, by the use of ratios, of simple financial statements （新增考試內容）


重點範圍
新大綱更改了部分重點考試的範圍，並且重點項目由原來的6項收窄為5項，包括：

2. Partnerships
3. Limited liability companies
4. Incomplete records
5. Manufacturing Accounts
8. Control Accounts 在以上五項中，最少有兩項會在每次考試的題目中出現。


被撇除出重點考試範圍的包括：

- Advanced aspects of the syllabus for Book-keeping First Level
- Non-trading organisations
- The preparation of final accounts
另外，Manufacturing Accounts和Control Accounts是新加入的重點考試範圍。

LCC高級（Accounting level 3）

1- FRS 1 (Revised) Cash flow statements （現金流量表）

  - FRS 2 Accounting for subsidiary undertakings [集團賬目]

2. - changes in partnership interests （合夥利益改變）

    - conversion into a company（轉為有限公司）

3. - distributable profits（可供派發利潤）

    - profits prior to incorporation（公司開辦前利潤）

4. Consolidation / Accounting for groups of companies （綜合集團賬目）

5. Accounting for:

    - branches (excluding foreign branches)（分店賬目）

    - joint ventures（合營賬目）

6. FRS 1 (Revised): Cash flow statements（現金流量表）

7. Accounting ratios, working capital statements（會計比率）

5.    曾任教大型補習社日校,任職會計系科主任並任教中六及中七。
